This year’s Coldest Night of The Year Fundraising event will be held on Saturday February 25 from 4:00 to 7:00 pm. Registration is now open – Visit CNOY.org and search for “Sudbury”. Register today to join or to start a team or become a sponsor to help the homeless population of our city. The route this year starts at Science North and loops through Bell Park. A fun event with the choice of either a 2 km or 5 km walk. Rest stops with Hot Chocolate and snacks for all ages will provide an opportunity to reflect on how a “walk in the park” is not as simple as it seems especially for the homeless. Proceeds from this event go to The Samaritan Centre to ensure continued operation and expansion of the services that can be offered to the vulnerable and homeless populations of Sudbury.

The Christ the King Prayer Group will have a Healing Mass on Saturday 11th, at Our Lady of Hope Church. The celebrant is Bishop Thomas Dowd. Schedule: 8:45 AM - Confession Begins 9:30 AM - Rosary 10:00 AM - Song & Praise 10:30 AM - Celbration of Eucharist 11:40 AM - Coffee & Treat
